1. Service Overview

FluxCarry connects senders with verified travelers who can carry packages internationally. FluxCarry does not physically handle the goods.

2. User Responsibilities

• Senders must ensure that the items sent are legal and comply with all destination country laws.
• Travelers must not carry illegal, prohibited, or restricted items.
• Both senders and travelers must provide accurate and truthful information.

3. Payment & Fees

• All payments must be completed through the FluxCarry system before delivery.
• Fees may vary based on delivery speed, weight, and distance.

4. Liability

• FluxCarry is a platform and is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
• Senders and travelers enter into agreements at their own discretion and risk.

5. ID Verification

Travelers must upload valid identification for verification. FluxCarry reserves the right to refuse service to unverified travelers.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Senders may cancel orders before the traveler picks up the package. Refunds are subject to processing fees.
• Once a traveler picks up the gift, refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

We collect personal information only for delivery purposes and do not share it with third parties except as necessary for shipment.

8. Amendments

FluxCarry reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
